Oct 16, 2006· An inline pump is not necessarily a grout pump. You can have a large concrete pump on a trailer or mounted on the back of a truck with no boom. These pumps will have the 3" to 5" hoses. A grout pump will not have a hose larger than 2". As noted previously, a pea gravel concrete mix is not the same as a grout mix.
